Are your rings genuine Irish?

Yes, all Claddaghree rings are made exclusively in Ireland in the heart of Dublin. Our family has been selling around the streets of Dublin since the 1700's and today our team is still 100% based in Ireland. We're proud to be based in the emerald isle.

Will my ring be shipped from Ireland?

No, all our our rings are made in Ireland but are stored in our facility in the USA which allows us to  ship to our US customers much faster and without them needing to pay any import duties.

What countries to do you offer shipping to?

Currently our website shipping options are set up to serve the USA, Ireland & Canada. If you would like to purchase a ring and ship to another location, please drop us an email at support@claddaghree.com and we'll be happy to assist.

How long will it take for my ring to be delivered?

We aim to ship all rings within 24 hours of ordering. For details on when your order will be delivered following that, please refer to our delivery page or the delivery details on product pages.

Do returns need to be sent back to Ireland?

No! Returns are made to our storage facility in the USA. For more details please see our delivery and returns sections here.

What is your return policy?

You do not have to return a ring to Ireland!

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Claddaghree ring so we offer both a 30 day refund policy and an exchange option if you would like to resize. For exchanges, you just need to arrange postage back to our secure USA facility on the East coast where we store rings for our American customers. This way you get a ring made in Ireland but don’t have to worry about postage across the Atlantic.

Please note, we cannot guarantee exchanges in all sizes as they may not be in stock but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs where possible. 

*For exchanges and refunds, rings must be returned in their original packaging in an unused condition. Claddaghree reserves the right to refuse a return if the ring shows any signs of being worn, marked or damaged (Thankfully this rarely happens).

In the unlikely event that you need to return your ring, please get in touch with support@claddaghree.com including your name, order number and date of purchase along with a description of the issue and we’ll get right on it.

What size should I order?

For our size guide, please refer to the details on the product page under ‘Size and dimensions’ as you scroll down the page in the product description. You can also see a visual size guide in the images on the product pages aswell as more information here on picking your size.

How do I return my order if I need to?

Do you ship to the USA? 

Yes, absolutely! Our story began by wanting to serve our extended friends and family in the USA and the millions who have a connection to Ireland. Our online store was set up to cater for this specifically! You can get all the details you need on USA shipping on our delivery page here and also on the checkout flow as you complete your purchase.

Will I need to pay import fees?

If you are purchasing within the continental United States then no you will not need to pay import fees. We know that this is a concern for our US customers so we solve this problem for you. As soon as our rings are made in Dublin and inspected at Dublin Castle, we ship a portion of them to our secure storage facility on the East coast of the United States and we pay the import duties on ourselves. If you’re ordering within the USA, your ring will ship from this facility on the east coast so that you don’t have to pay import duties. 

How are your rings packaged?

All of our rings come presented in our iconic emerald green suede ring box which is then placed within our two-piece white gift box, perfect for giving to someone special or a treat for yourself. During shipping the box is contained within a protective bubble wrap packet to ensure the boxes arrive safely and in optimum condition. 

How much does shipping cost?

What grade is your silver?

All of our silver is premium grade 925 Sterling silver. We only use the highest quality materials in our rings and we maintain the strictest of authentication and verification standards in the industry. All of our silver rings are tested, authenticated and hallmarked at the Assay Office in Dublin Castle, one of the oldest silversmith organisations and governing bodies in the world. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. 

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged for your order during the checkout process before your order ships. You will receive an email confirmation within an hour of placing your order.

Do you offer flexible payment plans?

Stay tuned, we are currently working to integrate flexible payment options into our checkout process. If you are interested in this option please let us know at support@claddaghree.com.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email confirming the status of the order as ‘confirmed’. Your order will be shipped within 24-36 hours of that notification. If you would like a detailed update on where your order is, please reach out to support@claddaghree.com.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

Our rings ship in our iconic emerald green Claddaghree presentation box made from premium suede. This is then contained within an outer two-piece gift box with our branding, ready to be given to that special someone. We don’t offer a wrapping service on top since we found customers like to check the ring before gifting. However, our outer white gift box makes a wonderful first impression so we’ve found very little need for extra wrapping.

I have an issue with an order I've placed, who should I contact?

I'd like to edit/update my order - what should I do?

To update an existing order please contact support@claddaghree.com with your order number, name and some details. We cannot guarantee edits to existing orders since we aim to ship within 24 hours but we’ll always aim to help.
